STATUS – Stage 6 Post-COMPLETION

Project to update an apartment in a North London conservation area. A generous high-ceilinged one bedroom becomes a two bedroom and the design introduces light deep into the plan by the use of fanlights. Permanent extract ventilation and borrowed light are added to tighter but now optimised spaces.

All apartments in the building were occupied during construction, and the project spanned lockdown. Custom fittings such as bespoke joinery & storage have been added, for better functioning, flexible and comfortable spaces, with a relatively economic approach.
